According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction was officially registered in November 2025 on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra.

The apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,060.13 square feet (approximately 98.49 sq m) and includes the added convenience of two dedicated car parking spaces, as detailed in the official records.
In addition to the purchase price, the transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 48 lakhs and registration charges amounting to Rs 30,000, reflecting the full financial scope of this high-profile acquisition.
