Key Details of the Latest Office Lease
Nadiadwala Grandson has leased two new office units, specifically Office Nos. 801 and 802, situated on the eighth floor of the well-known commercial complex, Lotus Grandeur, in Andheri West. This strategic 11-month agreement, forged with Rhea and Dia Enterprises, includes the following terms:
• Monthly Licence Fee: Rs. 5 lakhs.
• Upfront Payment: A substantial total licence fee of Rs. 55 lakhs for the entire duration of the agreement was paid on September 16, 2026.
• Registration & Commencement: The agreement was officially registered on September 21, with the licence period set to commence on November 1, 2026.
• Fit-out Period: A dedicated fit-out period has been provided from September 21 to October 31, allowing for necessary preparations before operations begin.
• Additional Amenities: The lease also includes the benefit of two reserved parking spaces, crucial in a busy commercial district.
Expanding Presence in Andheri's Commercial Hub This latest acquisition is part of Nadiadwala Grandson's ongoing expansion at Lotus Grandeur. Earlier this year, the production house had already leased two other office units, Nos. 803 and 804, on the very same eighth floor. That prior agreement, a 28-month lease effective from August 1, 2026, entailed a monthly licence fee of Rs. 8.27 lakhs, with a 5% escalation every 12 months, along with a Rs. 30 lakhs security deposit. With the conclusion of this new deal, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment now commands a total of four office units within the prestigious Lotus Grandeur complex, solidifying its significant operational base in Andheri.
