• Initial Contact: On January 5th, Dilnoor received missed calls from an international number, followed by another suspicious incoming call on January 6th, which was disconnected due to the odd nature of the conversation.
• Voice Message Details: Shortly after, a voice message was sent from the same overseas number. The caller identified himself as Arju Bishnoi and explicitly demanded Rs 10 crores within one week.
• Explicit Threat: The caller issued a stark warning: “Pass this message to B Praak that we want 10 crore. You have one week. Go to any country you want, but if anyone associated with him is found nearby, we will cause damage,” adding that if the demand was not met, they would “reduce him to dust.”
Police Investigation and Enhanced Security Following the formal complaint lodged with the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Mohali, authorities have swiftly launched an investigation into the matter.
