Preity Zinta Sells Pali Hill Luxury Apartment for ₹18.5 Crore: A Second Major Property Deal

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has reportedly concluded another significant real estate transaction, selling an apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood in Bandra for a substantial ₹18.50 crores. This high-value sale, details of which were unveiled through property registration documents reviewed by real estate data analytics platform CRE Matrix, highlights a continued trend in her property management.

Key Transaction Details

The property is nestled within the prestigious Rustomjee Parishram building, boasting an approximate area of 1,770 square feet. The official registration for this transaction took place on March 2, 2026. The buyers of this prime real estate are Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, both US citizens of Indian origin. As part of the acquisition process, the buyers fulfilled a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore, in addition to a registration fee of ₹30,000, as confirmed by the official documents.

Second Property Sale in Four Months

This marks the second instance of the actor selling a property within a remarkably short span of four months. In November 2025, previous property registration records had indicated that Zinta sold another apartment located in the very same building for an amount exceeding ₹14 crore. That unit, which measured around 1,474 square feet, was also situated on the 11th floor, similar to the latest sold property.

The Redevelopment Story Behind the Apartment

The apartment involved in the most recent ₹18.5 crore transaction was initially allotted to Preity Zinta in April 2025. This allotment was a direct result of the redevelopment of her earlier residential building. As an existing resident, she received the apartment as part of a standard housing arrangement provided to residents following such redevelopment projects.

According to CRE Matrix, the formalisation of this apartment’s allotment was executed under a redevelopment agreement between the housing society and the developer, Keystone Realtors, known by its brand Rustomjee. This redevelopment project culminated in the construction of the current building where the actor was allotted her residence. CRE Matrix further elaborated, "Under a redevelopment agreement between the society and the developer (Keystone Realtors/Rustomjee), the flat was officially allotted to her as Permanent Alternate Accommodation. This arrangement was formalised in an agreement executed on October 23, 2023."

Preity Zinta, a celebrated figure known for her iconic roles in films like *Kal Ho Naa Ho* and *Veer-Zaara*, has maintained property ownership in the building for several years, receiving the redeveloped apartment through the associated allotment process. The actor, who judiciously balances her time between India and international commitments, has yet to publicly comment on this latest property transaction.
